A unique Health and Fitness Club, that combines a luxury health experience and exclusivity with a professional approach to fitness training that has never before been available. Fitness training at Hicks is organized to cater for every member’s need. We provide each member with a continually developing fitness program. Giving then the opportunity to develop throughout their time at the club.

The advanced state of the art equipment is linked to Cardio theatre screens, allowing members to add an audio and visual stimulant whilst exercising. Equipment is carefully located to maximise each member’s fitness potential.

The gymnasium covers the bottom floor of the club, and is complete with double sized exercise studio. Strength, free weight and conditioning equipment is also designed to give members a quality fitness experience.

We believe in strict membership policy. Our exclusivity and luxury comes from no overcrowding and a childfree environment. We offer various membership packages to suit your budget and lifestyle. Personal training sessions are also available.

  • TOP TO TOE: Top To Toe is a total work-out using the resistance from your body and the use of bands and weights to create the ultimate phsique.
  • BODYBALANCE:This mind & body class incorporates Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. The perfect combination to relax tone and strengthen.
  • BODYPUMP :Consistent use of Barbell and Hand Weights throughout this popular class, give the best you can get for the ultimate toned physique.
  • BODYCOMBAT:This fiercely energetic programme is inspired by martial arts. You will punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
  • EXTREME TRAINING:An extreme form of cross training
  • short intervals of high intensity using all functional movements. All levels welcome.
  • SPINNING:Excellent fat-burning and fitness training class. Stationary Indoor cycling make this class popular with both men and women.
  • AB BLAST :15 minutes of pure abdominal exercise, a must for any upcoming beach holiday.
