launched our Personal Training Memberships.
These can be tailor made to suit your individual
needs and include any or all of the following
services:
1. From 1 to 3 Personal Training sessions per
week
2. Any other membership package
3. Monthly Spa treatments e.g Full body
massage, Facial, pedicure, body wrap, manicure
etc. at TAO Spa.
Our Professional team are available to motivate
you towards your desired goals.
Personal training is suitable for all
ages and fitness levels. You can choose to to have
anything from a one-off session or commit to a
regular appointment on a weekly basis with your
chosen Trainer for up to 12 months or more.
